🚚 When will my order ship?

Standard: 5–7 business days processing + carrier time.
Expedited: 1–2 business days processing + carrier time.
Carriers may be slower due to holiday volume.

🌍 I’m international. What about customs?

Customs duties/taxes depend on your country and must be paid to your carrier by you, the customer, before delivery.

🔄 Can I return or exchange Black Friday items?

All BF items are final sale. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us via the Help Center.

🛒 Does my cart or wishlist reserve products?

No holds. Inventory is only secured once your order is placed.

🥞 Can I combine discounts?

No, only one discount code can be used per order. The Black Friday discount code cannot be combined with any other discounts, including Loyalty $-OFF coupons.
But if you want to give an affiliate some love, make sure you use their affiliate link when you purchase! 🖤

⭐ Can I still use my Loyalty Points?

Yes, you can still redeem loyalty points for free rewards during the sale! However, you cannot redeem Loyalty $-OFF coupons.

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?

No modifications during BF. Cancellations may be possible if the order hasn’t processed yet, email [email protected] ASAP.

🤔 I bought last week. Can I get the BF price?

Sorry, sale pricing only applies to orders placed during the event.
