What is the difference between the standard Dust Collector and the Dust Collector Plus?

They share many of the same specs – the main differences between the two are the armrest and metal grate!

Is my Dust Collector covered under a warranty?

All Dust Collectors purchased on or after August 19, 2024, and those redeemed for as a part of the LUXA Loyalty program, are covered by a 6-month limited warranty, beginning on the date the unit is delivered. (Dust Collectors purchased between July 2023 and August 19, 2024 are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.) For more information, check out the Warranties article here.

Lamps

Can I use my LUXA Dual Lamp when it is not plugged in?

As with any battery, the life is reduced the more cycles it goes through. To avoid overusing the battery, we recommend that customers only use the lamp as cordless for special services, like a gel pedi. For regular, daily use, keep the lamp plugged in to maintain the battery life.

How long will my Lamp last?

With proper care, the lamp battery has a lifespan of 8-12 months and the LED lights 12-18 months.

Is my Lamp covered under a warranty?

Effective July 2023, all Luxa Dual Lamp V2s are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, beginning on the date the unit is delivered. For more information, check out the Warranties article here.
