$ OFF Reward Codes

 I lost my $ OFF Code!! How can I find it again? Don't worry, your code will remain active until you have used it! To find your code, go to your History on your Loyalty Dashboard and find the transaction where you purchased the $ OFF Code with points. Click the "Approved" button on the right. This will show the details of the transaction, including the code!


 If I just use part of my $ OFF code in my next order, can I use the rest later? No, the code will only work for one order, so be sure to use it full on your order!


 Do the $ OFF Reward Codes apply to shipping? No, you will still have to pay applicable shipping fees at checkout.


 Can I use a $ OFF Code with another coupon code? No, only one code can be used per order.


Joining LUXA Loyalty

 How do I join?If you have already signed up for an account at luxapolish.com, you are automatically enrolled. Otherwise, click here to create an account!


 What if I made purchases using two different email addresses? While we do not have a way to merge accounts and order history, we can add your Loyalty points from one account to another as a one time courtesy! Please reach out to us via our Contact Form or chat and let us know the email addresses associated with your accounts, and which one you prefer to use going forward. 

Please note that purchases placed under a separate account will not count toward your tier level. We always recommend that customers double check that they are placing their orders using the account for which they would like to receive points!


 Is this program only for the US?No, anyone who purchases directly from luxapolish.com will be able to participate in the program, earning points on every purchase!


 In this program, can I still use a coupon or promo code at checkout? Yes! You can still use one code per order. Your order will simply now also earn you points.


Tiers

 What are tiers based on? Your tier is based on the total dollar amount you’ve spent at luxapolish.com in the last 12 months (beginning June 1, 2021). Once you've reached the spend threshold for the next tier, you'll be automatically leveled up! Note that total spend does not include shipping or taxes paid.


 What are the benefits of a higher tier? The higher the tier, the more points you earn per dollar spent! This means you’ll be able to earn rewards faster. You also get more perks in higher tiers. See the chart on your Loyalty Dashboard for a comparison of perks.


 Do I need points to get to a higher tier? No, your tier is calculated according to how much money you've spent, not how many points you've accumulated. Spending points will not change what tier you're in.


 How long do I stay in a tier? Once you earn a tier due to how much you’ve spent, you will be able to stay in it for a minimum of one year. After one year, your account will be checked to see if you still qualify based on your spending in the last 12 months and will be adjusted accordingly.


Points

 Why does it say some points are pending approval? Some points require an authorization period. Don't worry, they should show up in your usable points balance within 14 days!


 I just completed an activity and didn't get any points! No sweat! It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. If it’s been longer than 7 business days, go ahead and reach out.


 What happens if I redeem a reward and then return that purchase? Do I get my reward/points back? Once your points have been used, they will not be re-issued.


 How can I earn birthday points? You can enter your birthday under “Ways to Earn” on your Loyalty Dashboard when logged in. The points will be automatically added to your account on that date.


 Do my points ever expire? They do not! While your tier can change according to how much you’ve spent at luxapolish.com, the points you earn will stay “in the bank” until you redeem them for free product or coupons.


Referral Program

 Where can I find my referral link? You can find your own personal referral link on your Loyalty Dashboard when logged in, under “Ways to Earn.”


 Where can I share my referral link? You can share your referral link however you see fit with the exception of coupon or deal sites. We love to see you share your link on your social profile!


 What happens if a referred friend returns or cancels their order? Unfortunately, your pending points will become 'cancelled' and will be removed from your account.


 My referral code isn't working. If you were testing the link out by clicking on it yourself, it is likely displaying an error message because you have already made purchases with us! You may be able to test the link by opening it in an incognito window in your browser. Another thing that might be blocking the referral code, if you are checking on someone else's device, is if the accessing device is on the same network as yours!
