 Can I use two promo codes at the same time? Our system does not currently allow "coupon stacking," or the use of two or more coupon or promo codes at the same time. This does not always apply to Free Shipping offers, however, so always be sure to check out the details on our latest free shipping offers here!


 Can I use a gift card to pay for an order with a coupon code applied? Yes, you can use gift cards and coupon codes on the same order!


 I forgot to enter my coupon code at checkout. Can you add it for me? Yes, as long as your order has not been fulfilled, we can refund you the amount you would have saved with the coupon code. Please reach out to us via chat or our Contact Form

Please always double check to ensure that you have applied the coupon that you would like to use before placing your order! 


I forgot to apply an affiliate code! Unfortunately, we cannot apply an affiliate code after an order has been placed. In order for the affiliate to get credit, we would have to cancel your order so that you can re-place your order with the code. If your order has not yet been fulfilled please reach out to us via chat or our Contact Form.


 Can I make any changes to my items once I have placed an order? If you have not yet received an email notification letting you know your order has been fulfilled, we may be able to make an edit for you! Please reach out to our team either via chat or our Contact Form, and let us know which items you would like to add or remove, as well as their quantity.

If an edit results in a refund, please allow 3-5 days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you are adding an item to your order and a balance is incurred, we will send you an email invoice for the difference!


 I entered the wrong address before placing my order. Can I update it? If you have not yet received an email notifying you that your order was fulfilled, we may be able to make edits to it for you. We cannot update billing addresses. 

For customer safety, our policy dictates that we may only edit the shipping address on an order if the new address has been previously associated with your account or if you have forgotten only a unit number. If the address edit does not meet these criteria, we may be able to cancel the order so that you can place it again with the correct address. Please reach out to our team via Chat or our Contact Form, and let them know the correct address for your order!


 If an item is out of stock, will you offer the sales price later? We do not offer rain checks on out of stock items. Please note that all sales are while supplies last!


 Do you offer payment plans?PayPal Pay in 4 is available on all eligible purchases of $30 - $600. Select PayPal at checkout and choose Pay in 4! To learn more, visit PayPal or their Help Center.


 Do you accept PayPal for orders placed outside of the US? Unfortunately, at this time, our system does not support Paypal as a payment method for orders placed outside of the US. We apologize for any inconvenience.


 What do I do if there is a problem with my order? We’ve got your back! Gather photos of your packing slip and your item(s), and contact us via the Order Issue Form within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
If you suspect your package is lost, please review the submission criteria and fill out our Lost Package Form so that we can investigate! 


 Can I place orders over the phone? Unfortunately, at this time, we do not support phone orders. All orders must be placed through Luxapolish.com. We appreciate your understanding!
