Can I use two promo codes at the same time?Our system does not currently allow "coupon stacking," or the use of two or more coupon or promo codes at the same time. This does not always apply to Free Shipping offers, however, so always be sure to check out the details on our latest free shipping offers here!
Can I use a gift card to pay for an order with a coupon code applied?Yes, you can use gift cards and coupon codes on the same order!
I forgot to enter my coupon code at checkout. Can you add it for me?Unfortunately, we are not able to retroactively apply coupons to orders once they have been placed. Please always double check to ensure that you have applied the coupon that you would like to use before placing your order!
Can I make any changes to my order?Due to our high order volume, we cannot make any changes once an order has been placed. This ensures orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. We apologize for any inconvenience!
If an item is out of stock, will you offer the sales price later?We do not offer rain checks on out of stock items. Please note that all sales are while supplies last!
Do you offer payment plans?PayPal Pay in 4 is available on all eligible purchases of $30 - $600. Select PayPal at checkout and choose Pay in 4! To learn more, visit PayPal or their Help Center.
Do you accept PayPal for orders placed outside of the US?Unfortunately, at this time, our system does not support Paypal as a payment method for orders placed outside of the US. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?We’ve got your back! Gather photos of your packing slip and your item(s), and contact us via the Order Issue Form within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
If you suspect your package is lost, please review the submission criteria and fill out our Lost Package Form so that we can investigate!
