Effective July 2023, all Luxapolish electronics are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, beginning on the date the unit is delivered. Please read the following warranty terms and conditions carefully.
1. Warranty Coverage
Luxapolish warrants that its electronics, including the LUXA Dual Lamp V2, LUXA Nail Dust Collector, and LUXA Dust Collector Plus, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery.
2. Filter Replacement Requirements
For the LUXA Nail Dust Collector and LUXA Dust Collector Plus, in order to maintain the validity of the warranty, it is necessary to change the filters every 4-6 weeks. Failure to do so may result in the warranty being voided.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions resulting from normal wear and tear, customer negligence, customer error, misuse, accidents, or any unauthorized modification or repair of the product. Additionally, please note that the warranty for the LUXA Dual Lamp V2 specifically covers the lights and mechanisms of the lamp and does not extend to the battery lifespan.
4. Battery Lifespan
The LUXA Dual Lamp V2 is equipped with a rechargeable battery, and is able to be used both cordlessly and while plugged in. As with any battery, the lifespan of the LUXA Dual Lamp V2's battery is reduced with each charge cycle. To avoid overusing the battery and ensure its longevity, we recommend that the lamp be used cordlessly for occasional, brief periods of time. Please note that the battery performance may vary depending on usage patterns. The warranty does not extend to the LUXA Dual Lamp V2 battery life span.
5. Warranty Service
In the event that your Luxapolish electronic product exhibits defects covered under this warranty, please fill out the LUXA Electronics Warranties Claim Form, and a member of our support team will reach out to you via email shortly to guide you through the warranty service process.
During the warranty period, Luxapolish will, at its discretion, replace the defective product or any parts thereof free of charge.
6. Evaluation and Shipping Fee
In the event that a Luxapolish electronic product is found to be in proper working order during the warranty evaluation or if any of the conditions specified in the warranty terms are determined not to have been met (such as damages due to wear and tear or customer negligence), the customer may be responsible for a shipping fee to return the product.
If it is determined that the product does not qualify for warranty service due to factors not covered under the warranty, Luxapolish will promptly notify the customer. The customer will then have the option to request the return of the product. However, the customer will be responsible for associated shipping costs. Details regarding the shipping fee will be communicated to the customer by Luxapolish Customer Support.
Please note that Luxapolish will make every effort to provide accurate and fair evaluations, considering the product's warranty terms and conditions of the product. We recommend thoroughly reviewing the warranty terms and conditions to understand the coverage and any applicable limitations.
7. Limitation of Liability
Luxapolish's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or any parts thereof, as stated above. In no event shall Luxapolish be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
