 Can I return a product? We only accept returns for new, unopened items that have been purchased through Refunds are given in the form of a LUXA Gift Card. 
Please note that Return shipping and processing fees are $7.95 -$12.95 based on weight. The original shipping paid is non-refundable. 
For any returned electronics, there is a 25% restocking fee.

 Can I exchange my product for a different one? Because of the way our system is set up, exchanges are processed as two separate transactions, meaning that you'll need to complete the returns process and then place a new order for the item you want. If this works for you, please go ahead and read our Return Policy and then fill out a Return Request here!

 My product arrived damaged. Now what? We’ve got your back! Gather photos of your packing slip, your item(s), and the shipment packaging and contact us via the Order Issue form within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

 I purchased my product through an official LUXA retailer. Can I return it to you? At this time, we only process returns for items purchased from Please see the retailer’s site for their store-specific return policy!
