Do my existing points carry over to the new LUXA Loyalty?
Your previous spending will be converted into LUXA Loyalty points as of the launch. For every $1 you’ve spent with LUXA (over the past 12 months), you’ll receive 1 LUXA Loyalty point.
How do I join the new LUXA Loyalty program?
If you already have a Loyalty account from our previous program, you do not need to do anything—your account will automatically be rolled over to the new program. If you are not already a member, simply create a LUXA account to be automatically enrol
Will my existing LUXA Loyalty tier carry over?
Your spending to date will be used to determine your starting LUXA Loyalty tier. Your previous purchases will count toward the new program, so you’ll be placed in the tier that corresponds with your qualifying spend.
