After one year, your account will be checked to see if you still qualify based on your spending in the last 12 months and will be adjusted accordingly.</details> Points<details><summary>&#xA0;Why does it say some points are pending approval?</summary> Some points require an authorization period. Don&apos;t worry, they should show up in your usable points balance within 14 days!</details> <details><summary>&#xA0;I just completed an activity and didn&apos;t get any points!</summary> No sweat! It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. If it&#x2019;s been longer than 7 business days, go ahead and reach out.</details> <details><summary>&#xA0;What happens if I redeem a reward and then return that purchase?
