To apply for a LUXA Pro Account, all you have to do is submit your current license! You can log in to do so <a href="https://www.luxapolish.com/pages/licensed-professionals" id="isPasted" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>. <details><summary>&#xA0;Do you have sitewide pricing for Pros?</summary> At this time, we do not have sitewide pricing for professionals. However, we do have other perks available to Pros in our Pro Perks Program!</details> <details><summary>&#xA0;What are the benefits of a Pro Account?</summary>With our Pro Perks Program, nail professionals receive access to special offers and perks! Pros also have exclusive access to Pro Bundles, three packs of LUXA essentials that help you keep your supplies fully stocked.</details> <details><summary>&#xA0;I&apos;m currently in school to become licensed, can I apply for a pro account?</summary> Absolutely! When submitting your application, be sure to submit a transcript, course schedule, image of your student ID, or a letter from your program&apos;s office.</details> <details><summary>&#xA0;Do I need a Pro Account in order to purchase from Luxapolish.com?</summary> Most of our items are available for purchase by the general public. However, certain exclusive products like our Pro Bundles are reserved for our Pro members. These items will only be visible when you&apos;re logged into our site with a Pro Account! So, while it&apos;s not necessary to have a Pro Account for most purchases, it can unlock access to some unique offerings. &#x1F609;</details> <details><summary>As a Pro, do I get Early Access to new collections?</summary> Generally, our collections have an Early Access period for our Hardcore Pros &#x2013; members of our Hardcore Loyalty tier who have submitted their pro documentation. Your order will simply now also earn you points.</details> Tiers<details><summary>&#xA0;What are tiers based on?</summary> Your tier is based on the total dollar amount you&#x2019;ve spent at luxapolish.com in the last 12 months (beginning June 1, 2021). Once you&apos;ve reached the spend threshold for the next tier, you&apos;ll be automatically leveled up! Note that total spend does not include shipping or taxes paid.</details> <details><summary>&#xA0;What are the benefits of a higher tier?</summary> The higher the tier, the more points you earn per dollar spent! This means you&#x2019;ll be able to earn rewards faster. You also get more perks in higher tiers. See the chart on your <a href="https://www.luxapolish.com/pages/luxa-loyalty">Loyalty Dashboard</a> for a comparison of perks.</details> <details><summary>&#xA0;Do I need points to get to a higher tier?</summary> No, your tier is calculated according to how much money you&apos;ve spent, not how many points you&apos;ve accumulated. Spending points will not change what tier you&apos;re in.</details> <details><summary>&#xA0;How long do I stay in a tier?</summary> Once you earn a tier due to how much you&#x2019;ve spent, you will be able to stay in it for a minimum of one year. After one year, your account will be checked to see if you still qualify based on your spending in the last 12 months and will be adjusted accordingly.</details> Points<details><summary>&#xA0;Why does it say some points are pending approval?</summary> Some points require an authorization period. Don&apos;t worry, they should show up in your usable points balance within 14 days!</details> <details><summary>&#xA0;I just completed an activity and didn&apos;t get any points!</summary> No sweat! It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. If it&#x2019;s been longer than 7 business days, go ahead and reach out.</details> <details><summary>&#xA0;What happens if I redeem a reward and then return that purchase? Do I get my reward/points back?</summary> Once your points have been used, they will not be re-issued.</details> <details><summary>&#xA0;How can I earn birthday points?</summary> You can enter your birthday under &#x201C;Ways to Earn&#x201D; on your Loyalty Dashboard when logged in. The points will be automatically added to your account on that date.</details> <details><summary>&#xA0;Do my points ever expire?</summary> They do not! While your tier can change according to how much you&#x2019;ve spent at luxapolish.com, the points you earn will stay &#x201C;in the bank&#x201D; until you redeem them for free product or coupons.</details> Referral Program<details><summary>&#xA0;Where can I find my referral link?</summary> You can find your own personal referral link on your Loyalty Dashboard when logged in, under &#x201C;Ways to Earn.&#x201D;</details> <details><summary>&#xA0;Where can I share my referral link?</summary> You can share your referral link however you see fit with the exception of coupon or deal sites. We love to see you share your link on your social profile!</details> <details><summary>&#xA0;What happens if a referred friend returns or cancels their order?</summary> Unfortunately, your pending points will become &apos;cancelled&apos; and will be removed from your account.</details> <details><summary>&#xA0;My referral code isn&apos;t working.</summary> If you were testing the link out by clicking on it yourself, it is likely displaying an error message because you have already made purchases with us! You may be able to test the link by opening it in an incognito window in your browser. Another thing that might be blocking the referral code, if you are checking on someone else&apos;s device, is if the accessing device is on the same network as yours!</details>
